We perform real estate transactional work for a number of mortgage lenders, bankers, builders, real estate brokers, and private individuals. We assist with the purchase and sale of real estate, including negotiating and drafting purchase agreements and other documents, ensuring good title, and final closing of the loan. We also assist our clients with the legal aspects of financing, re-financing, and foreclosures. Our goal is to provide quality assistance with all aspects of the real estate transaction to all parties involved in a transaction. We also deal with real estate litigation issues, bonds for title, and mechanic’s liens.
