Originally from Gastonia, North Carolina, Brian relocated to South Carolina in 1995 after graduating from law school. After residing and working in both Spartanburg and Greenville, he settled with his family in Greer in January of 2004. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the United States District Court. Having obtained a wide array of experience, Brian’s areas of practice are quite broad. His primary focus is in litigation, real estate, and small business and limited liability company representation.
Brian is a licensed title insurance agent in South Carolina and a member of the Greenville County Bar. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of Leadership Development. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior Leadership Greer Program as its chairman and as chairman of the Leadership Development Council. Brian also serves on the Board of Directors for Greer Relief, a non-profit emergency aid organization and is the 2008 President of the Board of Directors.
Brian is married to his high school sweetheart, Betsy Potter. Betsy is a chemist with Contec, Inc. in Spartanburg, South Carolina. They have one daughter.

Christopher was born and raised in Cherry Hill, located in southern New Jersey and close to Philadelphia. After his first 18 years, Chris ventured below the Mason-Dixon line and earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of South Carolina, Columbia and more importantly found his wife. Prior to entering law school, he worked as a counselor and school teacher for court adjudicated children at Youth Villages in Memphis, TN and then as a supervising counselor at Pinellas Academy for Retarded Children (PARC) in St. Petersburg, FL. Chris then attended Stetson College of Law, located in St. Petersburg, FL. After passing the Florida Bar, he worked for the 13th Judicial Circuit, located in Tampa, FL as a staff attorney in the Family Law Division. Shortly after the birth of his first child, Chris moved back to South Carolina in 2002 and settled his family in Taylors. His practice areas are estate planning, small business formations and issues, and real estate closings.
Chris is a licensed attorney in South Carolina and Florida. He is also licensed in South Carolina as a real estate broker-in-charge and a title insurance agent. Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior Leadership Greer Program and has served in the past as a member of the Board of Directors for Loaves & Fishes, a local non-profit food rescue program.
Chris has been married to his wife Kristin C. Davis, originally from the town of North, South Carolina, since 1998. Kristin is a Doctor of Audiology and also has her own business, Greer Audiology, LLC. They have a daughter Landry, and two sons, Sawyer and Boone.
