We represent new and established businesses and offer advice on the many legal issues that are encountered daily. We help entrepreneurs set up their company, advise them about their choice of business formation (partnership, limited liability company, S or regular corporation) and about relations with investors, lenders, partners, suppliers, and customers. We also deal with ongoing issues of businesses such as contracts and employment issues. Our goal is to advise our business clients from the beginning and have the relationship to deal with whatever legal issue they may face in the future.
